Price the workflow, its controls, and its operating boundary.

A standard installation starts with one workflow in a client-controlled environment. Discovery confirms integration complexity, review requirements, and any conditions that change the scope.

Install and own

$5,000 CAD, starting price

A one-time implementation for a standard workflow with clean integrations and an agreed control model.

Included in the standard boundary

  • Deployment in an agreed client-controlled environment
  • One configured operational workflow
  • Scoped integrations to the systems in the approved design
  • Access roles, approval gates, audit records, and operating limits
  • Reference-case evaluation and production-readiness testing
  • Operator documentation, training, launch support, and handover

Support after handover is optional.

Choose the operating coverage required for monitoring, maintenance, evaluation review, and planned expansion.

$749 CAD / month

For teams that want regular regression review, configuration tuning, and operator support.

  • Everything in Maintain
  • Evaluation and regression review
  • Workflow and configuration tuning
  • Monthly operations report
  • KPI review and recommended changes
  • Operator and reviewer training

Evolve

Improve plus planned expansion

$1,099 CAD / month

For teams adding integrations, workflow capability, or departments to the installed environment.

  • Everything in Improve
  • Managed change backlog
  • Planned workflow and integration additions
  • Quarterly expansion review
  • Priority support
  • Executive operations summary

Operations plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Workflow assessment

$500 CAD

Use the assessment when the workflow boundary or implementation path is not yet clear. The fee is credited toward an installation.

Review the assessment

Scope and ownership.

What counts as one workflow?

One operational process with a defined trigger, authorized inputs, system actions, review points, outputs, and audit record. Discovery confirms the boundary before a price is committed.

Can we add workflows later?

Yes. Each additional workflow is scoped against the environment already in place, the integrations it needs, and any new control requirements.

Is an operations plan required?

No. The installed system remains with the client. An operations plan covers monitoring, patching, incident support, evaluation review, and agreed improvements after launch.

What changes the installation price?

Legacy integrations, inconsistent data, custom interfaces, complex access models, high availability, and extensive validation can increase the scope. We document those conditions before implementation begins.

Who pays for model or cloud usage?

The client owns the relevant infrastructure and provider accounts. Any external model usage is billed through the client’s account and identified in the approved architecture.

How long does delivery take?

A clean integration can move through discovery, build, reference testing, and launch quickly. Complex environments require a longer discovery and integration schedule. The delivery plan states the expected calendar before work starts.

Ask what changes the price for your environment.

Email the workflow and systems involved, or use project intake to provide the integration, control, and delivery conditions that shape the scope.
