Transparent Pricing
You are not renting software. You are buying infrastructure you own. Install once, run forever. Optionally keep it sharp with an operations plan.
The primary product
Install & Own
One-time installation. You own the system.
- Sovereign compute setup on your hardware or dedicated box
- Agent team configured to your business
- Integrations into your tools
- Governance, approvals, and audit logging
- Go-live testing, launch support, and handover
You walk away with a running system and every artifact that makes it work. No lock-in. No hostage data. No dependency.
Operations Plans
Optional. Keep the system sharp after install.
If you cancel the plan, nothing stops. The system keeps running. You lose the safety net and the improvement loop, but the system is yours.
Why AI systems need continuous care
Models drift
Output quality degrades as the real world changes around static prompts and training data. What worked in January does not perform the same in June.
Dependencies have vulnerabilities
Model frameworks, vector databases, orchestration packages. The dependency tree is deep and changes weekly. Unpatched systems are exposed systems.
New models replace old ones
Better, faster, cheaper models release constantly. If nobody evaluates and swaps, you pay more for less.
Knowledge decays
Pricing changes. Staff turns over. Policies update. The knowledge base your agents rely on goes stale unless someone maintains it.
Prompts erode
What worked in March does not perform the same in September. Prompt-level regression testing catches degradation before your customers do.

What You Are Currently Paying
Most teams spend more on the patchwork than they realize. Here is what a typical mid-market operation carries before consolidation.
Zapier / middleware
$200-400/mo
Per-task pricing adds up fast across multiple workflows.
CRM licenses
$150-300/mo
Per-seat fees for your CRM platform.
Support desk tools
$100-250/mo
Help desk subscriptions per agent.
Manual coordination
15-30 hrs/week
Copy-pasting between tools, chasing updates, fixing errors.
Not sure which plan fits?
Start with a $500 Workflow Assessment.
We audit your current tools and workflows and tell you exactly what to automate. The $500 gets credited toward your install fee if you move forward.
From Call to Production
Four steps. Most workflows go live within 7 business days.
Discovery
Free 30-minute call. We map your workflow and estimate ROI.
Build
We configure the workflow, set guardrails, and run shadow testing.
Go Live
Production deployment with monitoring from day one.
Handover
Documentation, command reference, and approval workflow walkthrough. The system is yours.
What Every Plan Includes
Your system runs whether or not you keep a plan. The operations plan covers:
Common Questions
Can I start with one workflow and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with one workflow, prove the value, and expand from there. New agents and integrations are either a new project engagement or part of the Evolve tier. We scope the expansion on a call so you know exactly what changes.
What counts as a "workflow"?
One business process automated end-to-end. One trigger, one destination system, defined outcomes, and logging. For example: "when an invoice is overdue, send a collection email sequence and update the accounting system" is one workflow. "Triage support tickets from a shared inbox and draft first responses" is another.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. The install is a one-time fee. Operations plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice.
What if our systems are more complex?
We work with whatever you run, from common tools to enterprise systems and custom portals. Complex environments go through a scoped discovery phase before the build. Discovery audits your data landscape, maps integration points, and produces a detailed automation plan. If the right interface for your team does not exist yet, we build it. Requirements and pricing are set on the discovery call so there are no surprises.
Who pays for the AI model usage?
The system runs on your hardware with local inference. There is no per-token billing and no metered API costs. If a workflow needs a cloud model for a specific capability, you use your own API keys and see exactly what you spend. We do not mark up costs or bundle them into our fees.
What is your delivery timeline per new workflow?
Same-week for standard patterns (invoice collections, support triage, lead follow-up). We use battle-tested templates and a constrained tool stack, so most builds go from discovery call to production in 7 business days. Complex or custom workflows with multiple integrations may take 2-4 weeks with iteration.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing stops. The system keeps running. You lose monitoring, patching, and optimization.
How is this different from SaaS?
SaaS platforms own the infrastructure. We install on your hardware. You own everything.
Ready to see the numbers for your workflow?
We will map your workflow, estimate ROI, and give you a firm price before you commit.
