Discovery audits your data landscape, maps integration points, identifies normalization requirements, and produces a detailed automation plan. Discovery is priced separately and scoped during the fit call based on the number of systems and data sources involved.

How Caps Work
Your workflows run up to 500 times per month. At the cap, workflows pause. They do not overshoot. No surprise bills, ever.
You choose your cap during onboarding, and you can adjust it at any time. If a workflow reaches the limit mid-month, it pauses and sends you a notification. You decide what happens next: increase the cap, wait for the next cycle, or run the remaining tasks manually.
Unlike usage-based tools that bill overages after the fact, our cap is a hard stop. The workflow pauses. Your bill stays predictable.

You hold the keys to your own AI usage. We do not mark it up or hide it.
The AI models that power your workflows cost $1-2 per hour of operation on average. That spend goes directly to the provider you choose: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or an open-source model running on your own hardware. We do not bundle token costs into our fees, and we do not lock you into a single provider.
You can use your own API keys, your own subscriptions, or your own infrastructure. If you want to run everything on a local box with open-source models for full data sovereignty, we will set that up. It requires more effort to fine-tune and maintain than a cloud API, but for some businesses it is the only acceptable option. We meet you where you are.

Common Questions
What happens when I hit the cap?
Workflows pause. They do not continue running, they do not overshoot, and they do not generate surprise charges. You get a notification, and you decide whether to increase the cap or wait until the next billing cycle.
Can I change my cap later?
Yes. You can increase or decrease your monthly run cap at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you are consistently hitting the cap, we will flag it in your monthly ops report and recommend adjustments.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. The monthly managed plan is month-to-month. The only upfront commitment is the one-time build fee for the 7-day workflow build. You can cancel the managed plan at any time with 30 days notice.
What if I need more than one workflow?
Each workflow has its own build fee and its own managed plan. We often see clients start with one workflow, prove the value, then add more. Volume discounts are available for clients running three or more workflows.
What if our systems are more complex than QuickBooks and Gmail?
We work with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom portals) as well. For complex environments with fragmented data or legacy integrations, the engagement starts with a scoped discovery phase that audits your data landscape, maps integration points, and produces a detailed automation plan before any build begins. Discovery is priced separately and scoped during the fit call.
Who pays for the AI model usage?
You do, directly. The typical cost is $1-2 per hour of workflow operation. You use your own API keys or subscriptions (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini) and you see exactly what you spend. We do not mark up token costs or bundle them into our fees. If you prefer to run open-source models on your own hardware, we set that up instead. You choose the provider, and you hold the keys.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Every managed plan includes 1-on-1 training sessions tailored to your workflows and use cases. Some clients want us to run everything. Some want to understand how their workflows work and eventually extend them. Some want both at different stages. The depth is yours to choose.
